1. Please present your passport with a valid entry and exit visa (for international guests) or CCCD/ID card (for Vietnamese guests) to the front desk for check-in procedures at the counter.
2. The hotel will not be responsible for your money, valuables lost when not in the room safe.
3. You are not allowed to bring weapons, explosives, flammable substances, drugs, banned goods, animals, bulky goods and properties when staying here.
4. When leaving the room, please lock the door carefully and give the key at the front desk.
5. Please do not receive guests in the room unless approved by the reception.
6. Please do not use the room as a liaison office, nor change the location or move the hotel's property or furniture from room to room. If you break, lose or damage the property in the room, you must compensate at the current price.
7. Please do not arbitrarily change rooms, do not give up rooms for others to use, do not bring other people into your room. If necessary, please notify the front desk and get approval.
8. Check-in before 14:00 and check-out before 12:00 of the next day. For long-term guests, please pay the cost every 07 days or when it is time to pay.
